A camera installed in a van, known as a 'dash cam', recorded the traffic violation. The footage shows a small van making a prohibited overtake on a solid white line. The danger was heightened by the fact that, at the same moment, a cyclist was riding in the oncoming lane, with the van driver failing to maintain the minimum safety distance.

According to the owner of the camera that captured the incident, the events occurred around 7:40 AM. The road where the infraction took place is the L-702, near Artesa de Lleida.
