These conditions have been reported by neighbors on several occasions without any intervention being planned so far.
The house's interior suffered a fire years ago, allegedly caused by people living there. Currently, the outdoor patio area and the first-floor landing are filled with belongings and dirt, exacerbating the sense of abandonment and insecurity for residents of nearby inhabited buildings.
The Assemblea de la Bordeta has also voiced its concern on social media, describing the property's condition as "deplorable." The situation has persisted for years, and the house's deterioration continues without any apparent solution.
