Hiopos Lleida could secure ACB permanence this week

The Hiopos Lleida basketball team could mathematically secure its permanence in the ACB league as early as this Thursday, depending on its own results and those of third parties.

The first opportunity for the Lleida team to maintain its ACB category arises this week. For this to be possible, Hiopos Lleida would need to defeat Breogán in their Wednesday match. Additionally, both Burgos and Andorra would need to lose their respective games on Thursday. Since these two teams are playing each other, only one could surpass Lleida in the standings, provided Hiopos Lleida secures a victory against Lugo.
