The Paeria began works this Monday to improve the drinking water and sewage network in Campinya street, in the Los Mangraners neighborhood, aiming to renew the oldest asbestos-cement pipes.

The works, part of the Water Pact, are scheduled to last three months and have a budget of €118,650.89. This action continues the improvements made in previous years on nearby streets such as Real street, Martos, Cobatillas Altas, Arboló, and Sant Francesc Xavier.
The work involves replacing 55 meters of drinking water pipes and 56 meters of sewage pipes with new, higher-capacity conduits. Additionally, 12 drinking water connections and 16 domestic connections will be renewed, along with approximately 250 square meters of pavement.
The concessionary company for the municipal water service, FCC-Aqualia, is responsible for carrying out the improvements, which are part of the investments outlined in the concession contract.
