The Lleida City Council has initiated pavement repair work this week on Sant Pere avenue, in the Secà neighborhood, aiming to improve the condition of sidewalks and urban furniture.

The intervention, taking place on Sant Pere avenue, has been supervised by the mayor of Lleida, accompanied by the deputy mayor and several municipal technicians. This action is part of the local government's policy to combine major city projects with daily improvements that directly impact residents' quality of life.

"We work to transform Lleida with strategic initiatives, but we also take care of the small details that make life in the neighborhoods more pleasant. We care for everyday life because that is where people's quality of life is truly built."

the mayor of Lleida
The works, carried out by the municipal brigade, focus on repairing damaged paving stones and fixing sidewalk pavement. Additionally, improvements are being made on Progrés street, and urban furniture in the neighborhood's viewpoint area is being renewed with the installation of new benches and waste bins. The works are expected to conclude this week.
This initiative follows other recent actions, such as the repair of several potholes in the asphalt pavement of the roadway on the same street, carried out a few days ago.
