This year's Major Festival has stood out for its capacity for innovation, as demonstrated by the drone show that took place on Friday. Three hundred drones illuminated the Seu Vella, creating images that symbolize the fusion of technology and local traditions, such as Lo Marraco, the giants, the Castell de Focs, or the Batalla de Flors.
This festival also serves as a prelude to a significant year, as 2027 will mark the 750th anniversary of the consecration of the Seu Vella. Furthermore, next year will be the 400th anniversary of the proclamation of Sant Anastasi as the city's patron saint.
