The town of Torrefarrera has completed the installation of new decorations on two roundabouts located on the N-230. The most visible intervention consists of large letters forming the municipality's name, designed to welcome visitors.
According to municipal sources, these letters are "a reflection of the town's personality and a demonstration of what it means to its residents," as explained by the mayor, Jordi Latorre. Additionally, they incorporate a nighttime LED lighting system that allows for different colors to be displayed.
This initiative is part of a broader urban landscape improvement project that began last year and anticipates future actions. The letters on the southern roundabout are 12 meters long and reach a maximum height of 1.37 meters, while those on the northern roundabout measure 8 meters in length and 1.2 meters in height. Decorative soil has also been added to the area. The total investment for this enhancement was 45,000 euros.
