The session aimed to showcase the services and tools that the ACT offers to the sector, with the goal of generating new business opportunities and strengthening the destination's competitiveness. Key work areas such as market intelligence, tourism promotion, and business support were presented. The workshop also included a round table on tourism reputation.
Furthermore, the Board participated on June 7th in the prePAI 2027 workshop, also organized by the Catalan Tourism Agency. This meeting focused on defining the upcoming Plan of Actions and Investments (PAI) 2027, bringing together ACT's production units, Tourism Promotion Centers, and marketing managers to collaboratively define strategic projects.
Through this involvement, the Tourism Board reaffirms its commitment to actively contribute to defining the strategic lines that will guide Catalonia's tourism promotion, ensuring that the interests and potential of the Pyrenees and Terres de Lleida are represented.
Finally, on June 26th, the Tourism Board attended the presentation of the Generalitat's campaign, "Feel our culture. Live Catalonia". This initiative aims to promote Catalonia through its heritage and culture, considered pillars of the Catalan tourism model. The campaign, to be disseminated over twelve months in Catalonia, the Spanish State, and various international markets, highlights Catalan identity, creativity, and cultural icons to consolidate Catalonia as a leading destination for cultural tourism and authentic experiences.
