The city of Lleida has launched its autumn cultural program, featuring a strong commitment to accessibility and inclusion for all citizens.

Lleida's Department of Culture has presented the cultural program for the autumn season, with a special focus on accessibility to bring the arts to everyone. Councilor Pilar Bosch emphasized that culture is an indispensable right and invited the public to enjoy the numerous scheduled activities.
The program includes a wide variety of performances and cultural offerings, such as performing arts, music, audiovisuals, literature, heritage, and exhibitions. Many of these activities will feature support services like audio description, subtitling, hearing loops, relaxed performances, and easy-language materials, ensuring participation for individuals with functional or sensory diversity.
Key events include performances at the Teatre de la Lonja such as Perfectos desconocidos (October 16) and El elisir de amore (November 8), as well as offerings at the Teatre del Escorxador like Göteborg (November 21) and Permagel (December 12), all equipped with accessibility services.
Music will play a significant role with events like the 33rd Jazztardor edition, running until November 27, and concerts at the Auditori Municipal Enric Granados featuring artists such as La Ludwig Band, Trio Freixas, UNER · NIN3S, and Mozart's Requiem. The family concert Alicia, el concierto de las maravillas, adapted for inclusion, will also be presented.
Literature will also be highlighted with the Literary Awards (43rd Josep Vallverdú Essay Prize and 31st Màrius Torres Poetry Prize), commemorating the 90th anniversary of the Spanish Civil War. The poetry cycle Vespres en Vers is reaching its final edition.
Other venues like the Museu del Agua will host the dramatized reading La Infanticida and thematic routes. The Roda Roda Museum of Automotive will focus on classic cars, while the Morera Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art will launch the ambitious exhibition Club 49: La modernidad vigilada (1949-1970). The La Panera Art Center will present four new exhibition proposals by prominent artists.
The program is supported by various sponsoring companies and collaborations with cultural entities, reinforcing Lleida's commitment to cultural leadership and citizen participation.
