Rico lived and worked for many years in Belgium, in Brussels, where she advised individuals and multinational companies from various countries on their tax obligations within the European Union. From that period, she realised that more and more people and companies want to move to Spain, and the Spanish tax and administrative system proves challenging for them.
Her clients are tax residents and non-residents in Spain with properties, assets, or interests both inside and outside the country. For them, BonaPraxis conducts tax planning studies and handles tax filings, from resident income tax returns to non-resident tax (model 210), declaration of assets abroad (model 720), or the special regime known as the Beckham law, designed for workers relocating to Spain. They also handle double taxation cases and provide support during tax inspections.
“"Our goal is to eliminate the stress associated with taxes."
The work doesn't end with taxes. Those arriving from another country need residency, a driving licence exchange, social security registration, or access to public healthcare, and the consultancy also assists them with these procedures. Rico assists clients directly in their own language, in English or French.
BonaPraxis operates from Caldes de Malavella, Platja d'Aro, and S'Agaró, serving clients from the Girona region and Barcelona.
