Arbúcies is gearing up for an intense weekend with the celebration of the Vall d'Arbúcies Mountain Race, now in its fourth edition, and the Spring Walk, which this year marks its 47th event, offering challenges for all audiences.

These two prominent sporting events, organized in collaboration with the Arbúcies Town Council and the Matavalons entity, will have Camprodon street as their central hub, from where the various races will start. The program combines competition with popular participation, all set within the stunning natural environment of the Montseny massif.
One of the main novelties of this edition of the mountain race is the introduction of a new 10-kilometer distance, which joins the already established routes of 16 and 28 kilometers. For its part, the Spring Walk maintains its two options of 10 and 15 kilometers, designed to accommodate participants of all levels and physical conditions.
The sports weekend will kick off on Saturday afternoon with the Cursa Xics, an activity designed for the youngest members of the family, with routes adapted to different ages and a special category for family participation. The main day will be Sunday, with staggered starts from early morning, allowing participants to discover the paths and landscapes of Montseny in full spring bloom, in a proposal that merges sport, nature, and a festive atmosphere.
