The investigation began in March due to suspicions of drug cultivation and storage activities in a house on Pau Picasso street. Police sources noted a strong smell of marijuana and unusually high electricity consumption around the property.
During a search last week, officers found 121.5 kilograms of marijuana buds, estimated to be worth around 219,000 euros on the illicit market. The arrested man had no prior police record, and the investigation remains open, with further arrests not ruled out.
