During the session, held in the evening, the entity's members approved the annual accounts and learned the details of the new roadmap. The president, Jenny Pérez, explained that the plan's main objective is to improve the digital presence of the region with the renewal of its website.
Another crucial point is strengthening the recruitment of private companies to minimize dependence on public subsidies, as detailed by Pérez. The event was attended by numerous members, as well as institutional representatives, including mayors and councilors from the area.

The 2026 Action Plan places special emphasis on diversifying the tourist offer, de-seasonalizing visits, and highlighting the natural and cultural resources unique to the territory.
The assembly also featured a presentation on the future of the sector by Elizabeth Keegan, manager of Lloret Turisme. Keegan highlighted the great potential of the combined offer of coastal and inland tourism, offering Lloret de Mar's experience in tourism management to the entire region. The day concluded with the institutional address by the president of the Consell Comarcal de la Selva, Martí Pujals.
