"Lloret de Mar was one of the driving municipalities of the European Route of Historic Gardens, with the Santa Clotilde Gardens as a benchmark. It is a source of pride that an initiative born here has grown to bring together 56 European gardens and entities."

Cristina Aymerich · Councillor for Cultural Heritage
The Santa Clotilde Gardens, a cultural asset attracting over 120,000 visitors annually, are notable for their Novecentist style. This space integrates staircases, sculptures, and Mediterranean views, blending nature and architecture. It serves as a venue for visits, film shoots, photography sessions, and events.
The annual forum in Athens addressed fundamental challenges for the conservation of these sites, including adaptation to climate change, sustainable water management, and biodiversity protection. The meeting featured scientific presentations, discussion forums, the network's annual assembly, and visits to Athenian heritage sites.
