The capital of cava hosted a recreational and gastronomic excursion for residents of Pinell de Solsonès, as part of the municipal cultural program. The day began with a guided tour of Cavas Blancher, where participants learned about the cava production process and enjoyed a tasting of reserve and grand reserve cavas.
Subsequently, the group moved to the Simon Coll Chocolate Space to explore the history, origin, and production process of chocolate, from cocoa bean to final product. The visit concluded with a tasting of various chocolate items.
The day included a communal lunch, with cava as the main feature, followed by the return journey to the municipality. The activity aimed to foster cohesion among residents and offer an opportunity to discover the region's culture and gastronomy.
