The Local Police of Torredembarra and the Mossos d'Esquadra seized 665 counterfeit items, valued at 13,000 euros, in a joint operation last Saturday, August 8th.

The police action, focused on irregular street vending, involved the seizure of items such as sports shoes, handbags, football shirts, wallets, caps, belts, trousers, and underwear.
This operation is part of a broader crackdown on 'top manta' street vending in Torredembarra. Since Wednesday, August 5th, three police interventions have resulted in the confiscation of over 2,200 products, with an estimated value of 45,000 euros.
The local council has stated that joint operations between the Local Police and the Mossos d'Esquadra will continue in the coming days, coinciding with the peak tourist season in the municipality, to combat illegal sales.
