The event, which has become an unmissable summer fixture in the city, continues its commitment to emerging creation and youth cultural projects. The program includes a wide range of proposals that will be distributed across various venues in Tarragona.
“"The festival maintains its commitment to providing space for emerging creation, youth cultural projects, and proposals developed from the territory."
Among the prominent names on the music lineup are Las Karamba, Naina, and The Crab Apples, joined by other acts such as Partiperes, Júlia Cruz, The Manouches, Nina Kalo, and Komando Sound. One of this year's novelties is the 'Som La Canya del Metall' initiative, which will allow the public to delve into the creative process of an album through open round tables and live performances. This activity will feature illustrators, visual artists, and voice actors renowned for lending their voices to iconic characters.
The festival will also expand its presence with itinerant and decentralized proposals, such as the Cicle Margalló, which will bring performances to unique locations in the city, and theatrical actions in various neighborhoods between July 1 and July 4. Thursdays will be dedicated to cinema with the Estiu amb Cooperació cycle, focusing on contemporary African cinema, and a Korean film screening within the Korean Vibes Week.
The thematic Friday nights will return with the Nit de la Màgia (Magic Night), Nit de Pallasses i clown (Clown Night), Nit de la Dansa (Dance Night), Nit de Folk (Folk Night), Nit de K-Pop (K-Pop Night), and, as a novelty, the Nit de Pop Rural (Rural Pop Night). The Nit Jove (Youth Night), organized with Tarragona Cultura and the Festival Camp de Mart, will feature performances by Sra. Tomasa, Compota de Manana, and Wu Shido. The festival strengthens co-creation and youth participation through collaboration with local entities, and will be complemented by a new edition of the Festival Mirall Sonor, featuring Eva Fort and Paul Fuster.
