The municipality of El Morell has begun construction of a new municipal skatepark, a 300-square-meter space designed for the safe practice of urban sports.

Construction work on the new municipal skatepark in El Morell has now commenced. This is a space designed for anyone to safely practice skateboarding and other urban sports.
The facility will cover approximately 300 square meters and has a budget of 89,406.19 euros. The projected completion time for the works is twelve weeks.
The new facility, constructed with concrete, galvanized steel, and granite, will be located next to the pavilion and the paddle tennis courts, within the municipal sports area.

The facility will operate under the same hours as the municipal pavilion and will be closed at night. The skatepark's design was developed in collaboration with local skaters and enthusiasts and was inspired by some of the reference skate spots in the Barcelona area.
