La Terrasseta de Tarragona has concluded its 15th edition, held from September 10th to 13th at Parc Saavedra, with a notable public turnout and a program focused on music, circus, and local culture.

The festival, under the slogan «15 anys a contracorrent» (15 years against the current), welcomed nearly 1,000 people each day. The program stood out for its combination of live music, contemporary circus, and local culture, with an emphasis on discovering new artists. Performances by Kumbia Queers, Maruja Limón, and Anna Andreu, who presented her new album Vigília to nearly 500 attendees, were among the highlights.
The commitment to circus was strengthened with the Cabaret de Circ, held during the vermouth hour with free access, becoming a meeting point for diverse and family audiences on Sunday afternoons.
Inclusion and accessibility were key pillars of this edition. La Terrasseta joined the Apropa Cultura network, facilitating the participation of over six collectives from the Camp de Tarragona region. Measures such as sign language interpretation for the show Melic – Teixint memòries and cultural mediation activities with elderly women were implemented.
The presence of new talent was significant, with 70% of artists performing in Tarragona for the first time. 85% of the proposals featured new albums or shows, and 80% of the programming was led by women. Additionally, nine acts sang in Catalan, and 18 projects have an artistic base in Catalunya.
