The city of Valls has kicked off the 12th edition of Valls Va de Vins, a consolidated exhibition that highlights the wineries and gastronomy of the region.

The event began this Wednesday afternoon at Plaça Pere Català i Roca, located next to the Museu Casteller. This edition is special as it coincides with the commemoration of the 80th anniversary of the DO Tarragona, giving the day a festive character.
The program started with a guided tasting that allowed attendees to discover five wine references from the DO Tarragona. To pair with these wines, gastronomic proposals were offered, including hazelnuts from Reus and extra virgin olive oil with DOP Siurana.
The gathering brought together dozens of people interested in wine culture and local products. The organization highlights that the fair has become a key meeting point for wineries and restaurants in the area, consolidating itself as an essential date in the region's cultural calendar.
