The award was accepted by Dr. Joan Maria Adserà, representing Xarxa Santa Tecla, from Laura Roigé, president of the Tarragona Chamber of Commerce; Carles Riadó, zone delegate for BBVA; and Josep Lluís Bonet, president of the Chamber of Commerce of Spain.
