Firefighters have authorized the return of residents to Santa Maria de Montmagastrell, a district of Tàrrega, after an agricultural vegetation fire that burned unharvested fields and stubble.

The fire, located in the Plans area, has impacted an area of approximately 40 hectares. Although the fire's perimeter is contained, internal hotspots are still being detected, preventing its complete stabilization.
The Tàrrega Local Police initially alerted residents via loudspeaker and now urges the public to avoid roads where emergency teams are still operating.
Initially, 29 firefighting units were deployed, including 6 aerial resources. By mid-afternoon, this number had been reduced to 13 ground units.

"The fire is contained, but not stabilized, as there are still internal hotspots."
