The environmental report considers that the project does not present impacts deemed "critical", although it requires the implementation of some corrective and compensatory measures to minimize its effects.
The initiative involves the construction of six wind turbines with a total capacity of 37.9 MW and the installation of 15,988 photovoltaic panels, which will add a capacity of 10.56 MW.
The association Amics de Glorieta, GEPEC, and Unió de Pagesos submitted objections against the project, expressing their concerns.
The official document acknowledges the presence of the bonelli's eagle (águila cuabarrada), an endangered species, in the area. The cumulative impact of other existing or planned photovoltaic and wind power plants in the same geographical region is also taken into account.
