The seventh edition of the a2m festival in Tornabous closed its doors on July 31st with a "very positive" assessment by the organization, thanks to the "great response" from the public. The five evenings programmed during July managed to gather nearly 600 people, thus reinforcing the local, itinerant, and open-to-all cultural offering in the areas of Tarròs, La Guàrdia d’Urgell, and Tornabous.
This year's program included a varied selection of performances. It kicked off with music by Itsasgorak in Tarròs, followed by the circus act of Rosa Gelats in La Guàrdia d’Urgell. The performance by Feliu Ventura took place at the Molí d’Espígol archaeological site, while the monologue "Neus Català. Contra l’oblit" was presented at the Espai Lluís Companys. The festive closing was by Aya & King at the Reguer park in Tornabous.
One of the notable innovations this edition was the implementation of the reverse box office (pay-what-you-want at the end), an initiative that the organization has highly valued for its positive reception. This system allowed free access to the shows while fostering audience co-responsibility. The profits obtained through this model will be reinvested in future cultural activities.
In addition to the main performances, the festival also offered complementary activities such as guided tours, interpreted walks, and other proposals linked to the municipality's heritage.
