The agricultural organization warns of soaring costs, prices that do not cover expenses, unfair competition from foreign products, bad commercial practices, climatic adversities, and bureaucracy as the main problems crippling the primary sector.
The mobilization will begin at 12:00 PM with a concentration in front of the Central Government Delegation, located at Carrer Mallorca, 278. Subsequently, the march will continue in front of the Department of Agriculture and will conclude in Plaça Sant Jaume, in front of the Palau de la Generalitat.
The return is scheduled for 5:00 PM. Unió de Pagesos encourages all farmers to participate, whether by tractor, car, or bus, and has provided a registration form for more information and to coordinate attendees.
