UE Tàrrega secured a valuable 1-1 draw against the strong Viladecans side on matchday 13 of Primera Catalana, thanks to a spectacular equalizer scored by Bernat Oliver in the 81st minute.

The match was marred by referee controversy, which clearly disadvantaged the visitors. The referee sent off Fran in the 48th minute for a double yellow card, allowed the local team's goal despite a clear offside, and failed to call an obvious penalty for Tàrrega in the first half.
Despite the bad luck and playing the entire second half with ten men, UE Tàrrega stood up to one of the strongest teams in the group, showing character and ambition and even dominating play during several phases of the match.

Tàrrega deserved a better result due to the good play displayed and the capacity for reaction despite the sending off.

The point was sealed in the 81st minute with a brilliant play. Ramon Bernaus executed a great run down the wing, delivering a precise cross that Bernat Oliver headed spectacularly to establish the final draw.
