The Badia del Vallès City Council has called an informative meeting for next Tuesday, October 27th, to explain the details of the asbestos removal from the facades of buildings located on Av. de la Mediterrània and Carrer de la Manxa.

The mayor, Josep Martínez Valencia, along with municipal technical services and representatives from ACM 2020, will present the action plan to the affected property communities. The meeting will take place at 6:30 PM at Av. de la Mediterrània, 14.
The meeting aims to inform about the procedure for removing asbestos-containing fiber cement elements, safety measures, and the estimated duration of the work, which is expected to last one day, with a maximum of three days in case of incidents.
The importance of cooperation from co-owners is highlighted, who will need to disconnect boilers and other equipment connected to the pipes subject to the work beforehand, close windows near the work area, and remove elements from the facade that may interfere.
Inquiries and incidents can be reported via WhatsApp at 930 485 573 or through an online form.
