The Castellbisbal labor calendar for the year 2026 includes fourteen public holidays, adding two local celebrations to the twelve standard regional holidays.

The Castellbisbal City Council has confirmed the official holiday calendar for 2026, guaranteeing a total of fourteen non-working days for residents. Two of these dates are specific local festivals: January 22, coinciding with the Sant Vicenç Major Festival (Festa Major de Sant Vicenç), and August 20, for the Water and Light Major Festival (Festa Major de l’Aigua i la Llum). Both local holidays will fall on a Thursday.

The two local holidays in Castellbisbal, the Sant Vicenç Major Festival and the Water and Light Major Festival, will both fall on a Thursday, facilitating potential long weekends.

Regarding the twelve Catalan regional holidays, most are concentrated during the week, although two important days will fall on a weekend. August 15 (Assumption) will be a Saturday, as will December 26 (Saint Stephen's Day). The remaining public holidays in Catalonia include January 1, January 6, April 3 (Good Friday), April 6 (Easter Monday), May 1, June 24, September 11, October 12, December 8, and December 25.
