During the plenary session, budget modification number 19 was approved with the support of SOM-HI, SOM VEU, and Junts, and the abstention of Alternativa, VOX, and the non-attached councilor. This modification includes credit transfers amounting to 3,031 euros and changes to the 2026 nominative subsidy annex.
Initial approval was also given to the Regulations of the Municipal School Council of Castellbisbal, with the favorable vote of all groups except VOX. The document, which will now be publicly exhibited, defines the structure and functioning of this educational participation body.
The addendum to the collaboration agreement with the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona (AMB) for the financing of sanitation and purification works in various urbanizations was approved by the majority of groups, with VOX voting against. The agreement readjusts co-financing commitments and the schedule of contributions.
Unanimously, the liquidation of the waste collection, street cleaning, and garden maintenance contract was approved. Likewise, the process for the new waste and street cleaning contract was initiated, while the current one remains in effect.
The modification of the job classification (RLT) was approved with favorable votes from SOM-HI, SOM VEU, Junts, and the non-attached councilor, and abstentions from Alternativa and VOX. This measure aims to complete the pay parity between the positions of Auditor and Secretary.
VOX's motion in support of Ceuta and in defense of Spanish sovereignty was not approved, receiving only the favorable vote of the proposing group. The rest of the groups and the non-attached councilor voted against it.
A motion on the new 2026 bill and the financing of the AMB was unanimously approved, highlighting the controversy of the metropolitan tax and advocating for a fairer financing model.
During the session, the manifesto of the Plataforma Camí de l'Estació was read, supported by all groups. The text calls for a segregated route for pedestrians and cyclists along the BV-1501 road to improve the connection to the Rodalies station.
The opposition submitted 26 requests and questions on topics such as the local festival, subsidies to entities, or the school nurse service.
