Man dies after falling 10 meters in workplace accident in Cerdanyola del Vallès

A 49-year-old worker died this afternoon in Cerdanyola del Vallès after falling ten meters while carrying out maintenance work on a company roof.

The fatal workplace accident took place around 12:20 p.m. at a company in the municipality of Cerdanyola del Vallès, located in the Vallès Occidental region. The victim fell while working on the roof.
Emergency services, including several patrols from the Mossos d'Esquadra (Catalan Police), four units of the Bombers de la Generalitat (Firefighters), and the Medical Emergency System (SEM), rushed to the scene.
The Mossos d'Esquadra are currently investigating the exact circumstances that led to the worker's fall from an approximate height of 10 meters.
