The alert was received around 3:30 PM, reporting fire and smoke in a yard on Passeig dels Ametllers. Eight ground units and a helicopter from the Fire Department were dispatched to the scene.
After approximately an hour of work, emergency teams reported that the extinguishing efforts were progressing favorably, with the fire's perimeter fully contained and surrounded. The fire was ultimately declared completely extinguished.
Firefighters are currently continuing to inspect the area to prevent any rekindling of the flames. The significant amount of debris inside the affected home necessitated additional cleanup to avoid secondary fires.
