The neighborhood entity formalized the complaint after the footballer encouraged the public to shout insults against the Spanish Prime Minister, Pedro Sánchez, during the team's promotion celebration to the Second Division from the Sabadell City Hall balcony.
In addition to the legal action, the FAVS has registered a request with the local government to consider declaring the player persona non grata in the municipality. Residents argue that the institutional balcony should not be a space to promote tension or degrade democratic respect.
Furthermore, the entity has urged the club to open a firm disciplinary file against the athlete. For its part, CE Sabadell issued a statement rejecting the events and emphasizing that this behavior does not align with the club's values. The player has also issued a public apology for the incident.
