The Mossos d’Esquadra dismantled a criminal group consisting of two men and one woman accused of committing three aggravated robberies in commercial establishments in Vallès Occidental between November and December 2025.

The gang stole approximately 4,000 euros in cash, four vehicles, and a tobacco machine in three assaults committed between November 5 and December 14, 2025. The targets were mainly pharmacies in Montcada i Reixac and a restaurant in Sant Cugat.
Their modus operandi was highly systematic: they quickly stole cars in municipalities such as Sabadell, Caldes de Montbui, or La Llagosta, and used them for ram-raiding the premises, mainly in the early morning, to steal the cash register.

Days before the incidents, members of the group visited the establishments they intended to violate to finalize the planning of the heist.

The investigation culminated on January 12 with the arrest of the three individuals in Badalona and Montcada i Reixac. Simultaneously, officers searched a vacant lot on the outskirts of Sabadell, used as a hideout, where they found tools such as a crowbar and dark clothing.
The Catalan police detailed that the arrested individuals collectively have fifty prior offenses. They are charged with aggravated robbery, vehicle theft, and belonging to a criminal group. They were brought before a judge on January 14.
