The competition, designed in a supersprint indoor format, consisted of three segments: 300 meters of swimming, 5 kilometers of cycling on stationary bikes, and 1.5 kilometers of running on an indoor circuit. The competition system combined an initial qualifying phase with a grand final, where the top thirty times advanced to finals A and B, offering a high competitive level and a great spectacle.
In the men's category, Pau Noguera, from Triatlón Inforhouse Santiago, repeated his victory from the previous edition. Teo Blanchar, from Club Natació Barcelona Fasttriatlon, secured second place, followed by Pol Mercadé, from Club Natació Sabadell, who completed the podium. In the women's category, Ariadna Ivars, from Club Natació Barcelona, also revalidated her past triumph.
