The Can Boada neighborhood in Terrassa has celebrated its third Medieval Fair, filling Lluís Companys and Agustí Bartra squares with activities and stalls, attracting numerous visitors despite the intense heat.

For the third consecutive year, the Can Boada neighborhood has taken a trip back in time to the medieval era thanks to the Medieval Fair organized by local merchants. Despite the intense heat this weekend, a good number of visitors have flocked to the stalls located in Plaça de Lluís Companys and Plaça d'Agustí Bartra, the two spaces that have hosted all the scheduled activities.
Attendees enjoyed highlights such as a masterclass on armor and a sword duel between knights. Children, in particular, were the main focus, with magic shows, exhibitions of old games and toys, and the opportunity to dress up as knights and purchase period weapons. One stallholder commented that "children love being able to become knights."
The heat was a significant factor, with temperatures exceeding 30 ºC, forcing many attendees to seek shade. Some visitors suggested installing more awnings or shaded areas to improve the experience. Stallholders also noted the impact of the high temperatures, recommending "drinking plenty of water, having towels to wipe off sweat, and using a fan or hand fan" to combat the heat while serving customers.
