The Rubí City Council commemorates the National Day of Catalonia on September 11th with an institutional event at Onze de Setembre square, which will include a floral offering at the Dempeus monument.

On the occasion of the National Day of Catalonia, a commemorative event will be held at Rubí's Onze de Setembre square. The event will feature a floral offering at the Dempeus monument, created by Pepa de Haro.
The order of the event includes the institutional floral offering by the mayor, Ana María Martínez Martínez, and the spokespersons of the municipal groups. Subsequently, there will be a tribute dance by the Esbart Dansaire de Rubí and a performance dance of the geganta Paula, by the Colla de Geganters de Rubí.
The day will also include a concert of popular Catalan music with the cobla band La Principal del Llobregat. Citizens, political organizations, and entities will be able to make their own floral offering.
The event will conclude with the Hymn to Rubí performed by the Coral Unión Rubinense, the tribute 'pilar' raising by the Castellers de Rubí, and an exhibition sardana by the Escola de Sardanes Flor de Neu.
