The municipal services in Rubí dedicated to the repair and exchange of objects, La Trocalleria and Miércoles Manitas, will resume their regular activity during the first week of September.

After the break taken during the month of August, both projects return to continue promoting a more sustainable consumption model. Miércoles Manitas, which offers advice and tools to repair small appliances, will restart its operations on Wednesday, September 2nd.
To participate in this free service, it is necessary to book an appointment through the municipal website or by calling the Green Phone. The schedule remains on Wednesdays, from 10 am to 1 pm on the first Wednesday of each month, and from 5 pm to 8 pm on other weeks.
On the other hand, La Trocalleria will reopen its doors on Saturday, September 5th, at Plaça Nova Estació. This space allows for the exchange of items to extend their useful life and prevent them from becoming waste prematurely.
These services, active since 2016, are part of the local strategy to reduce waste generation. Citizens can also deposit items in good condition at the mobile recycling center, the Cova Solera Recycling Center, or the Municipal Market Green Point.
