Sewer renovation works on Rubí's Passeig de la Riera.

The Rubí City Council begins sewer system renovation works on the Passeig de la Riera this Monday, affecting the section between Conflent and Rosselló streets.

The works, expected to last approximately three months, will be divided into three consecutive phases of five weeks each. The goal is to replace an old section of the collector with a new pipe to ensure the network's proper functioning.
The renovation will significantly impact businesses located in the area, many of which have loading docks with direct street access. To minimize disruptions, the work plan aims to reduce the effects on business activity and mobility as much as possible.
During each phase, traffic and parking will be restricted in the affected section. However, access to driveways and loading docks will be maintained whenever technically and safely feasible, with works coordinated to facilitate them.
The first phase will focus on the section between numbers 214 and 222 of the promenade, maintaining provisional two-way access. The second phase will affect numbers 222 to 236, and the third from 238 to Rosselló street, with similar measures to ensure continued access.
The City Council requests understanding for any inconveniences that may arise, especially for businesses, and assures that efforts will be made to balance the necessary intervention with the maintenance of usual activity.
