The event, organized by the Associació Celíacs de Catalunya with the support of Grup ÀPAT, will feature fifty specialized exhibitors. Visitors will find a wide variety of products suitable for celiacs, ranging from pastries and bread to cold cuts and prepared dishes, as well as a gastronomic tasting area.
The program includes educational and informative activities for all audiences. Highlights include cooking masterclasses, talks on diagnosing celiac disease in children, and practical sessions on how to avoid cross-contamination in daily nutrition.
On Sunday, the day will be marked by the International Celiac Day events, where the collective's demands will be addressed, such as improving access to specialized diets and greater institutional support. Additionally, awards will be presented to restaurants recognized for their track record in food accessibility.
