The festive day will kick off early in the morning with the traditional popular races in Sol i Padrís. At midday, the 'casteller' performance ('diada castellera') will be one of the main highlights, followed in the afternoon by the traditional Ball de la Bola and the 'flams, titius i garrotins' contest at the Barraques.
The program includes numerous sports events such as the Sabadell Table Tennis Championship at Cal Balsach, the 12 Hours Futsal Doubles at the Pavelló de l’Oest, and the Festa Major Tennis Championship at Cercle Sabadellès 1856. There will also be activities for children like the Children's Taekwondo and the Paul & Bula Treasure Hunt in Parc de Catalunya.
Culture and leisure will also have their space with the Aircraft Exhibition at Sabadell Airport, the Fencing Circuit in Plaça de l’Imperial, and the Scuba Diving Baptisms at Piscina de Cal Marcet. Additionally, the Naval Modelling Meeting will take place at La Bassa de Sant Oleguer.
The afternoon will continue with urban dance exhibitions in Plaça de Garcia Planas, workshops such as self-defense for women at Escola Can Rull, and storytelling at the Museu d’Història de Sabadell. The Chess Tournament at Societat Coral Colón and the Introductory TCST Workshop at Pavelló del Nord complete the offerings.
The night will be marked by the infernal parade with a fire market at the Mercat Central, followed by a long list of concerts. Notable events include the Sam Fest 2026 at Plaça de la Creu Alta, the OSV concert with 'Heroïnes del cinema' at Ca l’Estruch, and performances on Eix Macià with artists like CMS Roots Habits, Doctor Prats, and 31 FAM.
Other concerts include Cinc Swingcats at Plaça del Gas, Dkantaka & Convidats at Plaça de Sant Roc, a 'cantada d’havaneres' (sea shanty singing) with Mariners de Riera at Plaça del Vallès, and Fades i Palmer at l'Espai Barraques. The electronic music party will continue into the early morning hours.
