The Bar Restaurante Naise on Ronda d'Europa in Sabadell, run by a family of Chinese origin, distributed the first prize of the 2026 El Niño Lottery Draw, number 06703, while continuing to serve lunch to its customers on Three Kings' Day.

The lottery administration that sold the winning number is not a traditional shop, but a machine located at the back of this busy daily menu restaurant. The owner, Chen, briefly spoke to the media while serving dishes to about a hundred diners, apologizing for the lack of time due to the high customer traffic.

"Until now, the biggest prize we had given was a 13-match football pool. 6,500 euros. We had not given the first prize in any other draw before."

Chen · Owner of Bar Restaurante Naise
Chen explained that the family took over the Naise two years ago and that they did not purchase the winning number themselves, assuring that if they had, “I assure you we wouldn't be working here today.” She also confirmed that the tenths were sold exclusively through the machine, using random numbers, or when someone requested the specific ending in 3.
This random sales method explains why the 06703 was so widely distributed. In addition to Sabadell, the first prize left a significant trail of millions in the Vallès Occidental region, also falling in two administrations in Terrassa (avenue of Béjar and Carrefour Can Parellada) and one in Rubí (rambla de Francesc Macià).
