The initiative, running until March 15, 2027, includes meeting spaces, emotional support, music activities, and informational workshops, aiming to enhance caregivers' well-being and provide them with tools for their daily tasks.
The Circle of Care is proposed, a space led by a psychologist held on Mondays, from 10 to 11:30 AM, in the Sala Muriel Casals, for sharing experiences and learning to manage emotions. Additionally, a Support and Mutual Aid Group has been created, meeting on Mondays from April 5 to June 7, 2027, in the same venue.
Music also plays a significant role with the project Emociona’t: Music, emotions, and company, sessions taking place on Thursdays, from 11 AM to 12 PM, in the Sala Muriel Casals, where participants can sing, dance, and enjoy music together.
The program is complemented by quarterly self-care workshops, focused on improving self-esteem and personal well-being, as well as informational talks on topics of interest to caregivers, such as health and available resources.
Registration for the 2026-2027 Care Program is now open and will continue throughout the course. The full program can be consulted in the related PDF.
