In the health sector, the commission ratified the 2023 Pact and set 2026 as the starting year for drafting the technical projects for new infrastructure. This planning includes the new CAP Nord, the city's first CUAP (Primary Care Emergency Center), and the expansion of CAP Sud. Furthermore, it was confirmed that CAP Rambla will be expanded within the current building by reorganizing administrative spaces to gain care capacity.
The meeting also addressed mobility, where the Minister of the Presidency, Albert Dalmau, described the Ronda Nord as a “country necessity.” Mayor Jordi Ballart emphasized the indispensable need for the “Terrassa Oest exit” to calm internal traffic. Finally, an investment of 13 million euros was confirmed to build the largest film set in the State at the Parc Audiovisual de Catalunya.
