The Granollers Nord Residents' Association is organizing a solidarity walk on Sunday, September 27th, to commemorate World Alzheimer's Day, featuring options of 6 and 12 kilometers.

The initiative, in collaboration with the Fundació Catalunya La Pedrera, aims to raise awareness about the disease and collect funds. The walk will start at the Jardins Apel·les Mestres.
Participants can choose between two routes: a 12-kilometer route starting at 9 AM, and a 6-kilometer route beginning at 9:15 AM.
Registration fees are 8 euros for the general public and 6 euros for members of the Granollers Nord Residents' Association. The deadline to register is September 23rd.
Registrations can be completed at the Espai de la Fundació Catalunya La Pedrera (Joan Prim street, 204) or at the AAVV Granollers Nord office (Apel·les Mestres square, 4).
The registration includes a ticket for a traditional Catalan sausage barbecue (botifarrada), two bottles of water, and an Alzheimer's awareness scarf. Additionally, a raffle with prizes donated by collaborating local businesses will be held after the walk.
