The R3 and R14 Rodalies lines in Catalonia have suffered interruptions since early this Monday due to separate incidents on the railway infrastructure.

The R3 line is interrupted between La Garriga and Les Franqueses del Vallès. Concurrently, the R14 line has also experienced service cuts between Reus and Vinaixa.
The causes for these disruptions are varied. On the R3 line, an infrastructure incident has occurred. For the R14, a fire near the tracks and a copper theft at Montblanc station have necessitated the suspension of service.

Due to the incident on the R14 line, Civil Protection has activated the Ferrocat plan to a pre-alert status.
