The Parc del Gegants will once again become the gastronomic hub of the Festa Major in Montornès del Vallès with the second edition of El Sarau. The event will take place on Saturday, September 19th, from 12 PM to 6 PM, following the concert scheduled in the same venue.
The initiative, promoted and managed by the Municipal Department of Employment, Economic Promotion, and Commerce (OPEC), will feature the participation of various local restaurant establishments such as Cerveceria JJ, La Gourmet-Teca, Cresta Rostisseria, Rostisseria La Gaditana, and Paulo’s Pizza. In addition to dishes and tapas, attendees can enjoy craft beers and wines from the DO Alella. The offering will include gluten-free and vegan options, and there will be a designated picnic area.
As a new feature this year, a unified ticket sales system will be implemented at an exclusive kiosk at the park's entrance. Tickets can be purchased in advance on the same day starting at 10 AM and during the event. Bringing a reusable cup is recommended to save money and reduce waste.
The event will conclude with a concert by the group Tapeo Sound System at 4 PM. Both at El Sarau and the concert, priority access to ticket purchase queues and food stalls will be guaranteed for individuals with inclusive wristbands, which can be requested until September 17th at the OAC and the associations DiverMON and ASPAHID.
