The Feminist Association Sorotopia in Granollers has joined the Language Volunteering program, aiming to foster the social use of Catalan and create new spaces for its practice.

The organization, defining itself as a feminist space for community, mutual support, and social transformation, seeks to promote equality and citizen participation. With this new affiliation, Sorotopia will become a registration point for the Language Volunteering program and a meeting place for language pairs.
Located at the Punt Lila within the Casal Cívic i Comunitari Granollers Centre (c. Nou, 22), the association will also host language practice sessions for students of Catalan courses, enabling them to apply their acquired knowledge in everyday communication situations.

To introduce the program, on November 4th at 6 PM, Sorotopia will organize a 'Voluntariat Exprés' (Express Volunteering) session. This taster activity, open to the association's members and any interested individuals, will allow participants to discover how the Language Volunteering program works and how language pairs are formed. The event will conclude with a round table discussion and light refreshments.
