This initiative will allow young people to submit proposals for the year 2027, with a total allocated expenditure of 5,000 euros. Each project can be led by an individual or a group, with a maximum cost of 1,500 euros per proposal.
The deadline for submitting proposals will be open from October 13th to 30th. Prior to this, Youth Department technicians will visit the Institut Marina and the Col·legi Balmes to explain the VIBRA project to the students.
Proposals can be submitted to the VIBRA mailboxes at the Youth Information Service, the Citizen Attention Office, and the Antonio García Robledo Sports Center. They will also be accepted via WhatsApp (659 016 762), email at lallagostaescoltajove@gmail.com, or through an online form at www.llagosta.cat/vibra.
On November 20th, an assembly will be held at the Centre Cultural where the proposals will be presented and the voting will take place. Proposals will have been previously analyzed by municipal services to verify their technical, economic, and legal feasibility. Those who cannot attend the assembly will have the option to vote online.
Projects like VIBRA have already been successfully implemented in other Catalan municipalities, considered a good practice in local youth policies. The initiative aims for young people to become active agents in defining activities, increasing their participation in public affairs, fostering creativity, social cohesion, and shared decision-making.
