The City Council of Les Franqueses del Vallès has opened a temporary information point at Bellavista Activa to guide individuals applying for the extraordinary regularization process promoted by the Spanish Government.

The service, managed by the municipal First Welcome Service, will operate every Monday until November 30th. Its aim is to address queries regarding application procedures and provide information on the subsequent steps of the process.
Two time slots have been established for assistance: from 9 to 11:30 AM, without prior appointment for brief inquiries, and from 12 to 2 PM, with appointments for more complex matters. Questions that can be addressed include responses to administrative requests, obtaining digital certificates, and accessing resources related to administrative and labor situations.
Additionally, the First Welcome Service is organizing two training modules for newcomers this autumn: "Know Les Franqueses" (October 20, 21, 27, 28, and November 4) and "Labor Knowledge" (November 10, 11, 17, and 18). These modules help certify knowledge of the local environment for administrative procedures. Registrations can be made at the reception of Social Policies in Bellavista Activa.
