Over forty self-employed individuals and merchants in Sant Feliu de Codines attended an informational session on September 28th regarding the changes introduced by the VeriFactu electronic invoicing system.

During the meeting, organized by the Sant Feliu de Codines City Council and the Chamber of Commerce, with the collaboration of the Grup de Comerciants Codinencs, participants' questions were addressed concerning how to adapt their invoicing systems, client and business interactions, and the necessary technical requirements.
The importance of reviewing invoicing software, balance sheets, and other ticket-issuing devices to ensure compliance with the new regulations was emphasized. The deadline for most self-employed individuals and businesses to adapt their IT systems is July 1, 2027.
The session was led by David Campos, an economist from Lladó Grup Consultor, who provided clear guidance for the transition to mandatory electronic invoicing.
